Villa Provenza was the most perfect, beautiful place we could have ever dreamed of for our special family gathering! The grounds were perfectly kept, terraced, full of fruit trees, amazing landscaping, and a gorgeous pool. The ability to seat 17 for dinner on the large terrace made for the most wonderful evening with our family and friends, while the kitchen table seated us all, too. The kitchen was large enough for the 4 chefs and 6 foodies in our group to put together delicious meals almost every evening, It was so well equipped that we didn’t miss anything from our own kitchens! Stefano also had stocked it with everything we needed to get started the morning after our arrival. The bedrooms were tastefully planned and thoughtfully put together to provide the most comfort and convenience we would need. Having a bathroom in nearly all of the bedrooms was just plush! Everything about the villa was just excellent! So thank you Stefano and Massimo for sharing us with this most special villa and for providing us with your generous services.
We had a wonderful week at Villa Provenza, a fantastic house and location with the view over the sea. Everything worked out well. We had a small toilet problem, but that was immediately fixed by Stefano. The mobile telephone connection was poor (but you can probably don’t do anything about that), and also the WiFi-net was rather “shaky”, although we had connection. In total we were very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend a stay in the future.
We had a wonderful stay at the villa, the pics did not do it justice.the staff was excellent and very helpful, as well as flexible It is a wonderful villa with beautiful surroundings. We would highly recommend this villa to others. Thank you for everything
It was so special to have this beautiful villa as our home for the week. only times that we left the villa were to go shopping ,the setting, location, and views of the villa exceeded my expectations! We all enjoyed this holiday so much that I am already thinking of what/where we want to go next year.We loved this so much!

This place was absolutely incredible. It was perfect for the point in time in our long vacation. the owner Stefano was incredibly gracious and helpful, and the maid, the groundskeeper, and the cook (and waiter) were a joy to be around. We will definitely be back to this place. Another excellent holiday with Massimo Villas

The Villa Provenza exceeded our expectations and was the perfect place for our family vacation. The staff was customer service focused and did an outstanding job to make our stay very comfortable. We loved the space, the property and views and above all the privacy and access to Cefalù. We would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a Sicilian getaway.
Exquisite villa with magnificent view

Refer to condition: Top floor is excellent. When the ground floor is redecorated everything is excellent.

We were 10 people staying in the Villa Provenza for one week. The Villa was perfect, better then in the photos and especially upstairs which was just renovated. Pool, view and outdoors in general very also nice and cozy! Will hopefully be able to stay there again.
Paradise in Cefalu!

From the moment Stefano greets you at Villa Provenza the tone of your holiday is well and truly set. His passion for Sicily, Cefalu and the Villa itself is extraordinary and you are spirited into holiday mood in an instant. The Villa is huge, we were just a family of 2 adults and 3 kids so we used the upstairs bedrooms accessed by an external staircase or around the back of the villa, took a bit of getting used to but the upstairs bedrooms are absolutely stunning. They are spacious and bright and give you the incredible views across the coastline. We didn't use the 'internal' bedrooms but equally they are well appointed and spotlessly clean. We mainly used the outside pool area and the kitchen, perfect if you have small children, you have a good view of the pool from all angles. The photographs and the 'blurb' provided by Massimo Villas, in my view. doesn't really sell the layout of the Villa very well, because in actual fact, it's PERFECT for two families because the upstairs rooms have a separate lounge area and outdoor seating and sunbathing area. So technically you could really enjoy time together but very definitely time apart, the only thing you'd share is the kitchen. Even the upstairs lounge area has a coffee machine, sofa and chairs and fridge freezer. It's also accessed via a separate lockable door if you just wanted to shut that area off completely. The area immediately around the Villa is gorgeous with a small play area down some steps and table tennis in a shady area at the back of the Villa. We loved picking figs every morning for breakfast from a huge tree by the pool, we were only disappointed that the pomegranate tree wasn't quite ready for picking, but the fruits were huge! The kids loved putting one of the 12 sun loungers under the tree and watching Netflix! On that point, the only (mild) negative is the wifi is a bit hit and miss. Not the end of the World at all, it was good enough to occasionally stream Netflix and certainly good enough to look at your emails. We took our Amazon Alexa with us to stream music, and it played most days just with a few periods of blackout. Not a criticism of the Villa at all! In terms of cooking, we cooked only a handful of times at lunch. We ate out 12 nights out of 14 in Cefalu, more on that in a moment. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could ever need and stuff we didn't even know what to do with. We've stayed in over 25 Villas and Provenza is definitely one of the cleanest and most well-appointed with an abundant supply of towels for inside and outside use. Just a few words on dining out, we went into Cefalu most nights, and went to a restaurant in a nearby village one night which is quite high up on TripAdvisor (expensive and average quality). We dined at a lot of the top rated restaurants and found them bland. Good food, but less than warm service, so we took to the restaurants around the Duomo and took in the scenery, the ambience and the good food. Overall ten out of ten holiday. We loved every minute of it. And Stefano and his team are truly the warmest and most friendly hosts we have encountered.
