A modern colour palette of greys and whites is peppered with splashes of summer colours in the fabrics and artworks around the villa, giving it a unique character and style. Guests can enjoy sea views from bed with floor to ceiling windows in both the master double bedroom and the twin bedroom. A contemporary open plan living area with large comfortable sofas, kitchen and dining area also has the floor to ceiling windows out to the decked terrace and those magnificent views.
The pool open from the 1 May, shops and restaurants is an easy drive or invigorating walk away in the coastal village of Sant Ambrogio, while the delights of the town of Cefalu are also a short drive from the villa.
Please note: The discreet owner of Villa Talia owns a small wooden house about 15 metres from Villa Talia where he stays for the weekend to be on hand for guests arriving/departing and for any further assistance. The pool is not visible from the wooden house, but the driveway shared between the two houses. The access road leading up to the villa is steep and narrow, and drivers should be prepared to reverse when necessary to let another car pass.
Ground floor: sitting room/dining area and kitchen with glass sliding doors leading out to a decked terrace, plunge pool, lawn and shaded outside dining area. One double bedroom with French windows out to the garden and a bathroom en suite, one twin bedroom and one shower room.

We stayed for a week at this impressive home during the quiet season in Cefalu. The views were amazing and the sound of the ocean waves very soothing. Massimo and Stefano were friendly and very helpful and welcoming. We would highly recommend this villa and Massimo’s! Kate McGraw
The property was very clearly and accurately represented on your website. I was in no way dissappointed ,my most special memory was getting up at dawn and watching the sun rise over the hills listening to the sound of the sea and the local cockerel – magical!
All great… Lovely villa and location. Its huge!”have rented houses at least 5 times in Sicily, and I found your organization the most well organized and the standard of your rentals of high quality.”
This place is heaven on a hill!! It is a simply beautiful villa in a sublime location. It has everything going for it – beautiful ambience, comfortable living, peace & tranquility, space, privacy. In actual fact the villa is nicer that he photographs because the decking and pool have been upgraded. It is now a much larger infinity pool with beautiful paving, not the decking that is pictured. The villa is really well equipped; the kitchen Is great; the bathrooms are modern; the bedrooms are comfortable and calm. Villa Talia is high on a ridge with extraordinary views back to Cefalu and around to S Ambrogio. We managed without a car, using the local buses and the taxis recommended by Margherita, who was the most lovely responsive contact person. One ‘lives’ at Villa Talia…not just ‘stays’!!! We settled in and loved the gardens – so many different little nooks and areas to enjoy. The outdoor kitchen was a delight. We ate every meal outside in the romantic arbour behind the house. Go to Villa Talia and you will not be disappointed.
This is a totally charming house in hilly countryside overlooking the Gulfs of Cefalu and the village of S.Ambrogio and the Madonie mountains. the views are truly stunning. We had such a great time in your fabulous house

Our stay at the Villa Talia was great. The villa located on the hill near to Cefalu has an amazing view over the sea and is surrounded by a wonderful garden/nature. You can relax perfectly in this area. We have been several times in Sicily but this was one of our favorites!!

The villa was great and comfortable. View was amazing. Was quite a climb to get there! Service could have been a bit better with few things forgotten but it was still good.
A beautifully situated property with real character

We loved our stay at Villa Talia and were very pleased to meet the architect owner and his archaeologist wife, who kindly provided us with fresh tomatoes from their garden. The villa was peaceful, well-designed and extremely comfortable and spacious for two people. The situation of the villa is superb, with a glorious view over the bay. The daily challenge of achieving the ascent of the road leading to the property without stalling our under-powered hire car was most stimulating, especially at night.
perfect stay - once more...

Disappointing, no notice of the bad one way goat track to get to the house. Lovely house with wonderful views. Needs attention before clients received. Not value for money due to access and cleanliness.

Villa Talia is in a great position overlooking the beach, up a steep, winding track! However it's worth the wait as the view of the bay is amazing. The plunge pool is a welcome respite from the heat! The villa has a load of great little touches and ornaments which adds to the character. Air con in the bedroom was also a godsend in the height of summer.
